**Job Description**:
As part of our Enterprise Payments Transformation, the consultant, change management will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technologies, with an emphasis on onsite and technology-related security awareness programs. You’ll create and deliver strategies and plans to help business groups/users maximize the adoption of new programs by honing methods of effective and sustained behavior change. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s looking to play a key role in implementing fast and effective change across a company, ensuring new safety standards are met in a timely manner.
What You'll Be Doing

How You’ll Succeed
- Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies for Enterprise Payment Transformation program..
- Developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.
- Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the Enterprise Payments Transformation team in compliance with CIBC’s Change Management methodologies.
- Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
- Oversee team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning and acquisition.
- Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the Enterprise Business Transformation.
