- Work with Leadership to increase adoption of the new way of working by driving higher utilization and proficiency with the changes that impact employees to ensure a positive employee and client experience and help accelerate benefit realization, value creation, and the achievement of results and outcomes.
- Assess the change impact: Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

(ADKAR), tools and processes to create a successful strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. It’s an asset if you are PROSCI certified professional.
- Financial Services expertise - You already have or will be expected to gain a better

understanding of our Retail, Commercial Banking, and Wealth Management businesses and
clients to better assess the impact of change to our clients and employees

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $80.00-$95.00 per hour
