one of our client.

**Position: Change Management Consultant - Senior**

**Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)**

**Hybrid - 3 days on site and 2 remote**

**Duration: Long Term Contract**

**Must Haves**:

- Experience and knowledge of change management industry standards, best practices, methodologies and tools
- Experience in development of communication plans, change management strategies and training plans
- Strong presentation and group facilitation skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong conflict management, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with project management fundamentals and understanding of the lifecycle of a project
- Experience identifying and assessing change impacts to business processes and technology solutions to drive adoption
- Experience leading medium to large transformational change projects
- Experience developing actionable and targeted change management plans that include communications, coaching, training and/or other resistance management activities
- Experience defining and measuring success metrics to track adoption, utilization and proficiency related to changes
