About Us:
Maan Farms Estate Winery is a 3rd generation farm and 2nd generation winery specializing in producing Canada's Best Fruit Wine made from the fruit grown on our farm. Located in Abbotsford, BC, we have achieved significant growth over the past five years and are now seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive our next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase sales and market presence.
Identify and secure new distribution channels and sales opportunities.
Build and lead a motivated sales team.
Maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
Represent the winery at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Report directly to the Director of Operations on sales performance and strategy.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the wine or beverage industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles with increasing responsibility.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
$50,000 - 120,000 / year including bonuses
Performance-based bonuses
