Business Development Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
Full Service Insulation company is looking for a someone who has great communication and business procurement abilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the business
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and cultivating relationships with clients
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Detail oriented in Interpreting blueprint and finalizing sales estimate
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong background in business development, sales, and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
