**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in an MSP or IT services environment.
- Proven success in managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred).
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Solid understanding of IT systems, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with project management and ticketing tools like ConnectWise.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
