Overview:

Execaire Aviation, a premier private jet company with over 60 years of legacy, seeks an experienced Aircraft Sales Professional to join our team. As a leading provider of aviation solutions and operators of private jets, we offer a complete range of services including aircraft management, maintenance, charter, sales, and FBO services.

Compensation Package: The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled professional to identify, qualify, and close business jet aircraft transactions (acquisitions, exclusive listings, brokerage) in the assigned USA region. This involves prospecting and direct sales activity, adhering to Execaire Aviation's policies and procedures, and meeting established performance targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with business jet aircraft owners, operators, finance companies, and stakeholders within the USA region.
  • Maintain thorough records on each contact, including key decision-makers, aircraft fleet history, utilization, business history, activities, and events influencing purchase or sale decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on all elements critical to the aircraft sales process, including comprehensive familiarity and technical aspects of business jet aircraft.
  • Participate in virtual or in-person trade shows, conferences, and meetings to establish potential and new customer bases.
  • Develop and submit an annual marketing report and sales action plan for the USA region to achieve assigned sales objectives.
  • Coordinate communications and marketing campaigns with Execaire Aviation's internal marketing team to inform prospects of our capabilities and services.
  • Prepare monthly reports detailing sales activities, forecasts, sales, and expense budgets, as well as special reports as requested.
  • Convert prospects into opportunities by providing new clients with exclusive aircraft acquisition or listing mandates.
  • Lead tasks or obtain required support from departments to ensure efficient and accurate aircraft sale processes.

Requirements:

  • College or University Degree; technical aviation or business degree preferred.
  • Current knowledge of aircraft sales process elements, including comprehensive familiarity and technical aspects of business jet aircraft.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in aircraft, management, and/or maintenance sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage the sales cycle efficiently.
  • Strong presentation abilities, especially when presenting to C-Suite executives.
  • Computer literacy and web savvy, including social media use.
  • Flexibility to travel more than 50% of the time.
