**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining excellent communication and professional relationships.
- Manage the executive team's calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research and gather information as required to support executive decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating efficient communication and collaboration.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Proactively identify and address operational inefficiencies, proposing solutions and implementing improvements.
- Provide ad hoc support to the executive team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle. This role involves frequent travel to support our different sites.
- Currently pursuing a Canadian university degree or equivalent education in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

**Job Types**: Casual, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
