**About the Opportunity**
**Summary**
The Office Administrator coordinates the activities of the Manitoba Association of Community

Care Providers (MACCP), including coordination of monthly meetings, financial management, membership promotion and network opportunities, and supports the training strategy and activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinates the activities of the Manitoba Association of Community Care Providers, including coordination of monthly meetings, meeting invites, prepares agenda and minutes, creating and implementing action plans and priorities.
- Initiates activities and action that will increase membership, including outreach, promotion, and network opportunities.
- Supports the training strategy of the Manitoba Association of Community Care Providers to ensure a robust training schedule is in place Sept-June for all training offerings.
- Monitors and supports the reporting requirements to funders including statistics/narrative and financial reports.
- Actively participates in the financial management of the Manitoba Association of

Community Care Providers, including forecasting and regular review of budget and expenditures.
- Represents MACCP for related operational and administrative activities, including corresponding with bookkeeping service and utilizing related software.
- Participates in financial processes with respect to payables and receivables. Tracks revenue including membership dues, registration fees and grant funding.
- Provides day-to-day oversight of MACCP Operations including time-keeping and daily activities.

**Experience**
- 2 years of experience in related employment is preferred.

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Well-developed relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve, prioritize and manage competing demands is essential
- Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize information
- Experience with financial management, budgeting, and reporting and familiar with related software’s, i.e. QuickBooks
- Demonstrated on-going commitment to professional development
- Current, valid driver’s license; current, acceptable driver’s abstract
- Knowledge of history and impact of intergenerational trauma, barriers and oppression faced by Indigenous people is required.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search, a clear Child Abuse

Registry check and a clear Adult Abuse Registry check

**Position status**: Full-Time - 80 hours biweekly.
