Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. The Administrative Officer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

**Duties**:

- Implement new administrative procedures
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Perform data entry
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Determine staffing requirements

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
- Computer knowledge in inventory software, POS and database software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Bilingual in Ukrainian, Mandarin or Philippine language is a plus
