**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Execute and coordinate account specific merchandising tools for optimum shopper experience
- Manage project workflows and assignments within Air table
- Liaise with retailer counterparts in the execution of marketing campaigns in line with our brand priorities
- Manage the launch package process and provide support to Sales in building customer presentations and managing marketing materials for customer meetings
- Support Sales team on all customer-specific initiatives and other trade marketing functions
- Partner with the Graphics team to create marketing materials e.g., packaging, ads, planograms, inspiration sheets, promotional proposals, and Design Team on pattern support for account-specific initiatives.
- Manage creation of in-store and key account presentation materials e.g., tear offs, swatches, launch packages
- Handle day-to-day sales, customer, and account-support activities
- Provide marketing support to other internal and external partners i.e., sales, operations, product development, customers, consumers, and others as required
- Provide support and assistance to the sales team; flag and quantify risks and escalate when required
- Create reports, draft presentations, formulate internal/external communication (written and verbal), and other marketing support duties
- Follow standard defined health and safety procedures and report any observed workplace hazards
- Perform other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Independent self-starter, entrepreneurial thinker, and adaptable to change
- Solid communication skills, able to work with all levels within the organization
- Highly organized and proactive with ability to work within a fast pace environment
- Creative and strategic thinker, great at problem solving
- Strong customer focus
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- 1-2 years' experience in marketing or trade marketing related role
- University education, in Business or Marketing.
