**Working on a nationally beloved brand like Royale, you will have the opportunity to engage with some of the leading eCommerce platforms in Canada (e.g.: Amazon, Walmart etc.) and learn practical eCommerce skills that will help turn your passion into success.**

Although this is a temporary student position, the eCommerce & Shopper Marketing Student Co-op will have formal and informal opportunities to meet and network with people from all across the business, including other students. The role will be based in Toronto, Ontario (1551 Weston Road, M6M 4Y4) with the opportunity for hybrid flexible work options.

**Job Requirements**
- Education Required:

- Enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an interest in Marketing, or another relevant field
- Available for a Summer work term and in good academic standing
- Must have completed at least one prior co-op work term in a Marketing or Business role
- Demonstrated time management, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Process oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while delivering on-target results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

**The main duties/responsibilities of this role include**:

- Support Shopper and eCommerce Marketing team in executing projects from the Shopper Marketing plan including executing research, following-up on individual task deliveries (internal & external), monitoring digital executions etc.
- Supporting eCommerce executions including updating and monitoring content (text & visual), evaluating shopper ratings & reviews, competitive evaluations, and point-of-sale data compilation from Walmart.ca, Loblaws (websites), Voila.ca, and Amazon.ca etc.
- Collaborate with other teams to create a digital voice-of-shopper report via social media listening, research insights, ratings & reviews and competitive tracking
- Compile a monthly brand share report on key retailers
- Compile a weekly status report for the shopper marketing team that will reviewed collectively with the Shopper Marketing Director, and the broader marketing team
- Supporting the Shopper and Brand marketing team is executing internal team events
