Executive Assistant to CEO

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements using Google Calendar.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a focus on proofreading for accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Utilize Google Sheets for basic financial tracking and reporting as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables while coordinating with various departments.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the CEO in preparing for meetings by gathering relevant materials and taking minutes during discussions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Experience with Google Sheets is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
