**Sales Account Manager**

Ocean Ridge Recycling, a leading global waste management and recycling services provider, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with businesses of all sizes, helping them reduce their environmental impact and contribute to a cleaner and healthier planet.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets, focusing on selling our waste management and recycling services to businesses.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet the specific waste management requirements of each client.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, nurturing relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes related to waste management and recycling.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the sales manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our waste management and recycling services effectively.
- Knowledge of waste management and recycling industry practices, trends, and regulations is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer challenges.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and analyze data.

**Compensation**:
**This is a base annual salary + commission-based position.** In addition to a competitive base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn commission based on your sales performance. We also offer paid sick leave and 2 weeks of vacation to eligible employees.

**Salary**: $32,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
