Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.

Requirements
