Administrative Assistant

Melewka Structures & Design is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Administrative Assistant. Duties are as follows:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer calls, daily correspondence and clerical duties.
- Answer incoming phone calls, determine their purpose and forward calls to appropriate people or department.
- Efficient on the use of word processing, spreadsheets or specialized software to complete daily requests.
- Order office supplies.
- Data entry for tracking payroll time.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related administrative experience
- Experience in Microsoft products
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly and work in a corporate office environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
