**Office Administrator Assistant**

**An Office Administrator Assistant must have an appropriate combination of education and occupational experience as follows**:

- ** Currently studying Office or Business Administration or related field is preferred**:

- **Related experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting**:

- **Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills**:

- **Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and comfortable with using other digital tools for communication and organization**:

- **Works closely with the management team to support administrative activities**

The Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing office procedures and daily operations

Follow up interested clients and schedule their intake interviews

Organizational and administrative support to the management staff and clients

Managing and organizing office files, resources, and databases

Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements when needed

Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary

Assisting in the preparation of regular reports

Providing support in maintaining a clean and organized office environment

Participate in ongoing learning opportunities

Other activities as required

Work conditions:

- Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Wage is $17/hour, Full-time contract during summer with the possibility of extension
- Have reliable transportation to get to work
