Roska DBO Inc. is currently seeking an

**Responsibilities**:

- Issuing preventative maintenance requests to operations/maintenance crews
- Update equipment information to match current conditions in the field
- Add/remove PMs in system, scan regulatory docs, update PM frequency
- Work with maintenance foreman and production foreman to review current PMs scheduled
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
- Maintain a professional image and demeanor with all employees, management, executives and visitors at all times

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2+ years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Maximo asset management software is an asset but willing to train
- High School diploma and Office Admin certificate preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail orientated
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Oil and gas industry knowledge an asset
