Capital Vision Care is expanding its administrative team, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional who’s ready to bring fresh ideas to our team-centered environment. This is a unique role for someone who enjoys a mix of admin work, hands-on tasks, and supporting a team culture. A valid driver’s license and transportation are required, as you’ll play a crucial role in connecting our clinic locations.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Perform essential administrative tasks, including answering calls, photocopying, mailing, filing, and more.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and manage the executive calendar to keep us on track.
- Schedule, attend, and support CVC management and clinic staff meetings, ensuring agendas and minutes are promptly shared.
- Transport equipment and deliver supplies to all clinic locations with efficiency and care.
- Assist with managing our online e-commerce store.
- Troubleshoot IT and optometric equipment issues with guidance from the Operations Manager.
- Oversee and assist with the online booking platform for all clinic locations.
- Provide occasional support at various locations, stepping in where needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
