**Your Role**:
As the Sales Manager, you will:
Contact New Customers: Utilize your skills to secure new business.

Develop Systems and Processes: Identify and manage prospects effectively.

Sell and Close New Shippers: Build a robust book of business.

Execute Strategies: Implement effective prospecting, proposal development, and account management.

Collaborate with Brokers: Work closely with transportation brokers to maximize load volumes.

Uphold Company Standards: Commit to our principles of customer service and excellence.

**Qualifications**:
Experience: 5 years

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Flatbed

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective in resolving issues.

Motivated Team Player: Self-driven with a collaborative spirit.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in using technology for sales.

Willingness to TraveL: Travel as needed to secure sales.
