Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Business Development Manager at Access Storage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, confirming reservations, renting storage units, presenting lease agreements, and collecting rental payments.
The ideal candidate will have strong fluency in English, both written and spoken, and excellent communication skills. They must also possess basic mathematical skills and ability to manage cash and operate a point-of-sale system. Strong customer service and sales skills are essential for success in this role.
About the Role:
- Front Desk Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and handling rent payments.
- Reservations and Rentals: Confirm storage unit reservations and rentals, collect payment, and provide customers with keys and access information.
- Lease Agreements: Present lease agreements to customers, explain terms and conditions, and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system to process transactions.

Salary Estimate: $37,440 per year (based on 40 hours/week), plus bonus potential.
