Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Assist with account reconciliation and analysis
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records
- Assist with bank reconciliation and account management
- Review Subcontractor and supplier invoices to make sure they are correct
- Matching supporting documents to create, post and distribute invoices
- Track payments, follow up on unpaid accounts, processing invoices and bookkeeping
- Perform other administrative duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper& Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook) for financial tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
