We are looking for fulltime Bookkeeping, Administrative and Purchasing Executive

Monday - Friday - 9:30-5:30

Job Requirements
- Reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance, post journal entries
Keep financial records
Make Invoices

Tally Sales Order with Invoices

Performance of full cycle accounting functions, customer service and office administration
Ability to identify problems and implement solutions
Payroll
Assist in the preparation of documents required for tax returns
Handle purchasing for the company

Maintain Excel sheet on all company properties

Rent Reconciliation

Maintain records for all clients, renter, bills

**Requirements**:
Min 10 years of work experience and 4-5 years of Bookkeeping and operations.

Must be proficient in Zoho books/ Quickbooks
Knowledge of accounting policies and procedures
Proven bookkeeping experience-solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting
Excellent computer skills-experience with Microsoft Office,
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Post-secondary Education: College Diploma or University Degree - background in Accounting preferred (Minimum 3rd year university-accounting major)
A team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently

**Job Type**: Full time

**Salary**: $22.00/hour

- Minimum of 3 company references required

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
