Job Title: Bookkeeper/ Office Administrator
Location: Mississauga, ON
**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 16:30
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to take on the combined role of Bookkeeper
+ Office Administrator that can work independently and productively in a lean office environment.
**Responsibilities**:
Bookkeeping:
- A/P - enter all bills and pay in a timely manner.
- A/R - create sales orders and invoices correspondingly and send out; follow up with customers and collect receivables.
- Bi-weekly payroll.
- CRA remittances - payroll tax, HST and corporate tax.
- WSIB remittances and reconciliation.
- EHT remittances and reconciliation.
- Monthly bank account and credit card reconciliation
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors during tax periods and financial reviews.
- Report to owner.
Administrative:
- Answer phones, transfer calls and take messages.
- Create purchase orders and order materials when needed.
- Keep spreadsheet of expenditures for work projects.
- Organize shipping packages and freight, including international shipment.
- Go to the bank for deposits.
- General office duties - manage office supplies inventory, keep files up to date.
- Other administrative duties as required.
Requirments:
- College diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience.
- Experience working in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint..etc)
- Experience working in Sage required.
**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
