**Aeolus Staffing Solutions is a growing staffing agency in GTA, which a existing client base. We** **are seeking for salespersons and brokers to join and increase their cliental**.
- Make calls to various companies and vendors in the regarding their staffing needs and open positions.
- You will be assigned 2-4 profiles per month in our core technologies to be placed on different projects with fortune 500 companies
- Achieve and reach the desired goals given by the company per day, week and month
- Ensure that there is a proper flow of communication between respective departments regarding consultants’ information and project starts
- Ability to arrive to work on time and go above and beyond if needed to get the job done.
- Grow revenue across portfolio of established client accounts.
- Create strategies and tactics required to effectively execute against plans to drive account growth and efficiencies.
- Build relationships with existing client contacts and grow new relationships within established client base.
- Develop and support market delivery strategy & performance in collaboration with Marketing Manager.
- Expand relationships within clients, and pursue opportunities for expansion.

Base Salary - $50,000 - $60,000 plus % commission per contract

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
