Key responsibilities

Strategic Sales Management : Effectively manage and prioritize sales requests in the logistics sector, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.

SLA Compliance & Operational Efficiency : Monitor and enforce SLAs, leveraging advanced technology within Salesforce and other channels to enhance operational efficiency.

Quality Assurance & Problem Resolution : Maintain high standards in sales processes and swiftly address and resolve logistics-related issues. Performance Metrics Analysis : Compile and analyze sales data, using insights to drive continuous improvement in strategies and operations.

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement : Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for logistics-focused sales support.

Innovation in Sales Processes : Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize sales operations and enhance customer satisfaction in the logistics domain.

We are looking for

A strategic thinker with at least two years of experience in NVOCC/3PL/4PL logistics, demonstrating a proven track record in driving and supporting sales success.

Proactive, quality-centric, and tech-savvy, effortlessly balancing sales request management with operational demands.

A dynamic team player who excels in stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management, thriving in a collaborative and energetic environment.
