Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As our customers' first point of contact, you'll engage them with your natural and strong communication skills, gathering insights along the way and telling our story in a way that captures their attention. You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, presenting and project management skills, and an eye for detail.
**Requirements**:
Business Development Tasks:
- Develop and maintain work relationships that are required in order to achieve regular tasks and objectives;
- Establish rapport and communicate openly and effectively;
- Remain calm and composed in difficult situations;
- Practice active listening and solid understanding of others;
- Perform tasks assigned per sales team;
- Record all activities in BillQuick;
- Follow all ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Quality Management System procedures applicable to the role; and
- Fulfill other duties, as required.
Lead Qualification Tasks:
- Develop/qualify and manage inbound opportunities as per Q&C processes, providing them with qualifying questions and/or information, as applicable.
- Liaise with Subject Matter Experts to understand services.
- Manage existing client relationships by maintaining regular contact.
- Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities by focusing on qualifying leads and utilizing outbound tactics to generate sales demand with targeted and strategic accounts.
- Develop outbound lead generation strategy leveraging social media, i.e., LinkedIn.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects that have not purchased from the company in the past and are identified as new customer acquisitions.
- Represent the company by consistently demonstrating the understanding and modeling of the company's mission and core values.
- Align the overall corporate solution to the customer's business needs, challenges, and requirements.
- Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns.
- Stay in contact with past clients to see if they need services.
- Move new opportunities through applicable stages of the sales cycle in a timely manner.
Ensure all opportunities are captured in Dynamics 365 CRM Requirements
- 3 + years' experience as a successful business development representative
- Computer Aptitude:
- Willing to learn new programs
