**Associate Manager, Foodservice Marketing - Mississauga, ON**
**Position Summary**:
The Associate Manager, Foodservice Marketing is primarily responsible to leading and executing branded marketing and selling content/training to enable selling effectiveness, successful new market launches, and best-in-class web/digital footprint, while liaising with Customer Marketing to ensure cohesive story telling on segment, category, & brands. Project-based deliverables will ensure effective FS portfolio management and cohesive brand/packaging strategy, tradeshow leadership (national segment scope), and ownership of various content platforms to enable effective content sharing.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Effectively plan annual content and marketing asset strategy based on Budget/AOP deliverables - while gaining alignment with Sales & Marketing on timing and impact to the annual plan (prioritized ROI)
- Lead execution of branded (and selective PL) in-market assets and tools necessary to represent High Liner as best in class business partner, including Product, Category, Menu and Segment Selling Tools, Product/Category Training, Web/Digital content
- Maintain and facilitate the AOL system from input to completion (with alignment from FS Marketing Managers), tracking and communication, while ensuring brand style guide compliance
- Own relationships with business partners (external/internal) in facilitating promotional redemption tracking & metrics, content/tools maintenance
- Lead overall tradeshow strategy and execution of annual deliverables - field & national associations and support of field team tradeshow playbook
- Liaise with Sales Teams to provide branded assets, logos, images to facilitate effective selling, including Seasonal Templates, Monthly Mention, For Better Content, Gateway (internal systems), 1FS- gain feedback and drive continuous improvement
- Demonstrate understanding of the FS Marketing business and industry across strategic segments and growth objectives, and demonstrate proficiency in analyzing product performance data (Volume, Profitability) to make strategic recommendations on content needs/focus areas based on food service product portfolio.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in marketing, content (sales/training) development, project management in Mid to Large scale CPG, B2B, preferably in food or food products
- At least 2 years direct Foodservice experience - familiarity with distribution, national accounts and associated marketing responsibilities
- Familiarity with NPD, Datassentials, Technomic data sources (FS)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- Comprehensive understanding of the marketing and product planning process.
- Strong cross-functional management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively utilize internal resources to meet project deadlines and objectives
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, conflict resolution, and team building skills
- High attention to detail and quality standards
We offer a **Flexible Hybrid Work Model** where corporate office employees have the flexibility to choose a minimum of two office days per week, with the option to work wherever they prefer (office or remote) for the remainder of the week.
