**Job Summary**:
As a **Product Marketing Manager**, focused on Sales enablement across all our product lines and sectors, you'll have a crucial role in empowering sales and customer-facing teams to reach new heights of growth and achievement. Working closely with the Senior PMM, you will build and help support scaling the sales enablement arm of the Product Marketing function at Compass Digital. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to define and build compelling stories and sales collateral for our customers to drive new business, upsell/cross-sell, and product adoption.

- Craft compelling narratives, including feature overviews, Pitch Deck, Infosheet, and Sales talk track and maintain a centralized repository of sales content.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to produce relevant sales materials.
- Lead quarterly Sales Training sessions for adoption and optimization of sales resources.
- Establish a process for regular councils with Sales and customer-facing teams for cross-functional feedback, and competitive insights.
- Support new product and feature launches, driving awareness and understanding from strategy to execution.
- Assist in scaling and maintaining the 'Release to Market Process'
- Support Sales Ops with Product Hierarchy models in SFDC to increase Product Adoption.
- Establish KPIs to measure sales enablement success.
