**Responsibilities**:

- Manage P&L elements to attain annual and long-range financial objectives.
- Develop and implement growth strategies across product, pricing, and promotion.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources/teams on key initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct competitive and industry analysis.
- Develop and own category marketing budget, collateral, and promotions, trade show support.
- Cultivate insights/rationale and lead the development of category innovation or selective discontinuations/product changes.
- Lead innovation plans and launches.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience; foodservice experience preferred
- Prior P&L management experience.
- Previous experience conducting detailed business analyses and successfully making recommendations for lines of business.
- Project management experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of foodservice marketing programs, including promotions, collateral, media, etc.
- General management mindset with the bias for action to support an aggressive growth plan.
