Aircraft Maintenance Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the maintenance scheduling process, including inputting work orders,
- updating maintenance logs, and coordinating with technicians and inspectors.
- Maintain accurate records of aircraft maintenance activities, including inspections,
- repairs, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare and distribute maintenance reports, status updates, and other relevant
- information to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to order parts, tools, and equipment needed for
- aircraft maintenance tasks.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels, conducting periodic
- audits, and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the maintenance team, including scheduling meetings,
- managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, including TC regulations
- and industry standards.
- Support other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the maintenance manager or supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration or aviation management is a plus.
- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in an aviation or maintenance environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with aviation maintenance software systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures is advantageous but not required.
