Office Assistant

**Overview**
**Entry Level**
**Responsibilities (not limited to)**:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and typing
- Manage office tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks software
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Position is entry level, however looking for the *right* someone to grow with the company and team
**Experience**:
- Proficiency in computerized systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Fluent English speaking
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
