As the Salesforce CRM/Service Cloud/Propel Systems (SF/SC/PS) Administrator, you will be the primary Salesforce systems expert within Shred-Tech. Your responsibilities will include ensuring data accuracy, running reports, and training our team members on effectively utilizing Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud products. You will be critical in maintaining and enhancing our CRM/Service Cloud/Propel systems to support our business goals.

The position requires working closely with all other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient integration of the various data systems and processes employed at Shred-Tech into the Salesforce/Propel platform.

We are looking for someone who can imagine what is possible, the solution, and the tools needed.

**Responsibilities**:
**System Administration**:

- Manage and maintain SF/SC/PS systems, including user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and data integrity.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the company's needs and requirements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with Salesforce support when necessary.

**Data Management**:

- Oversee data quality and cleanliness by implementing best practices for data entry, validation rules, and data cleansing procedures.
- Import, export, and manipulate data for various business processes.

**Reporting and Analytics**:

- Create and run reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and service performance.
- Develop and maintain customized reports to support management decision-making.

**User Training and Support**:

- Provide training and ongoing support to team members, ensuring they are proficient in using Salesforce tools.
- Assist in onboarding new users, including creating training materials and documentation.

**Process Improvement**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process optimization and automation opportunities within Salesforce.
- Implement and document best practices to improve overall system efficiency.

**Integration and Third-Party Apps**:
***Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud features.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and support users effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of data management best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM and customer service processes.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
- Experience with Propel Product Lifecycle Management is a plus.
- Experience with system integration and third-party app management is a plus.
