Inside Sales Administrator

Primary responsibilities include:

- Customer interface with purchase order acknowledgements, change notices and outstanding items
- Prepare proposals, establish pricing and supply delivery information, including supply data and technical information to customers (once approved by Sales Manager)
- Communicate order information and changes in line with corporate standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads to nurture relationships and drive sales opportunities.
- Respond to incoming inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication
- Develop and maintain database or markets, customers’ pricing, sales performance, purchase history, etc., for forecasting, competitive information and new or modified product recommendations (utilizing Salesforce)
- Follow up on all inquires and open orders as required
- Maintain Delivery Schedule for all contracts
- Maintain the Orders Entered and Rolling Orders Entered schedules monthly
- Maintain trending analysis on shipments, quotations and RMAs
- Maintain tables of bids and change-note status for site distribution
- Perform export compliance duties, following the Export Compliance Procedure

Education & Experience:

- Business administration diploma
- Minimum 2 years experience

- Proficient verbal and written communication.
- Problem solving abilities
- Organizational skills

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cambridge, ON N1T 1T1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (preferred)
