Commercial Continuous Improvement

**OVERVIEW**:
**This role can be located at any of the following ATS Global Service offices: Cambridge, ON; Lewis Center, OH or Wixom, MI.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Collaborate with management and sales teams to develop and refine the strategic vision for continuous improvement within the commercial sales function.
- Identify key performance metrics and benchmarks to measure progress and success.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing commercial sales processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining sales processes, increasing productivity, and maximizing revenue generation.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap of improvement projects, prioritize initiatives based on potential impact and resource allocation.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the commercial sales organization, fostering an environment that embraces innovation and change.
- Provide coaching and support to sales teams and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to equip sales teams with the tools, skills, and knowledge needed to drive continuous improvement at all levels.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales personnel, empowering them to identify and address process inefficiencies.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field;
- Three to five years of experience in Continuous Improvement as a facilitator.
- Proven track record of success in driving continuous improvement initiatives within a commercial sales environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from conception to implementation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated proficiency in change management principles and practices.
- Experience with sales performance metrics and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
