**The Opportunity**:
The Salesforce administrator is the primary technical resource for managing our Salesforce technology and the integrations between our various systems. They are responsible for general user support, data management, system customization and supporting projects.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- System Management: Serve as the system administrator for the Salesforce environment with ~75+ users across multiple use cases.
- Provide support and training to Salesforce users, addressing their queries and issues promptly.
- Customize Salesforce to meet the unique needs of our organization, including creating and managing custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
- Design and implement automation processes using workflows, process builder, and flows.
- Maintain data integrity through data cleansing, data validation rules, and regular data imports.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics.
- Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
- Keep documentation up-to-date on system configuration and processes.
- Stay current on Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to make informed recommendations for system enhancements.

**What You Need to be Successful in the Role**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong experience with the Lightning Platform
- Proven ability to implement new processes and facilitate user adoption, training and support
- A demonstrated ability to understand, break down and articulate complex Salesforce concepts with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with CRM Analytics, Marketing Cloud and Mulesoft Composer would be an asset
