Reception/administrative Assistant

About the role
- Data entry into Excel
- Payment management (account receivable and payable-review and send invoices)
- Gather and analyse information for reports
- Perform general administrative duties including arranging pick-ups and drop-offs, photocopying, sorting through mail; maintaining departmental office supplies and equipment, ordering office supplies; and calendar management
- Organize and maintain office to ensure it is tidy and stocked at all times
- Greeting customers and answering the phone
- Provide professional support to executives
**Qualifications**:
- Bilingualism is preferred, strong English skills is an asset
- High school diploma
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organization, detail-oriented
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- Proven commitment to quality of work
