**As a Coordinator, Engagement Programs and Initiatives [People & Culture] your responsibilities will include**:
80% P&C Engagement Team and 20% Leadership Development Program support
- Works closely with the Associate Director, P&C Engagement programs to support People and Culture projects and programs
- Assist in documenting processes and tracking progression on relevant firm programs
- Work closely with Manager to organize relevant vital activities including quarterly calendar, wellness platform themes, internal sites, events, etc.
- Coordinate relevant P&C meetings including drafting agendas, organizing, and disseminating meeting materials, minute taking, etc.
- Create engagement activities and generate ideas to support engagement of P&C Team broadly across the firm.
- Works closely with the Virtual Events and Event Experience team for any offsite or virtual meetings/programs
- Create and maintains the document management systems for People & Culture Leadership (Teams site maintenance, updates and communications)
- Logistics support and maintaining project plan and task list for National programs such as Great Place to Work, Diverse Exchanges, Vibrant Communities, Vital Certification, etc.
- Includes matching and group pairing, setting up calls, sending out surveys and reporting summary
- Administrative support for Leading Inclusively Committee (LIAC)

- Influential interpersonal skills that build positive and strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- A post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a professional services firm
- 1+ years in a Coordinator or Administrative role
- A passion for detailed planning, creating process documents and a strong attention to detail
- Advanced skills in Microsoft tools - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A good grasp on technology systems - SharePoint knowledge a plus
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Creative thinker with ability to brainstorm new ideas, themes, and concepts
- Welcomes challenges but also comfortable with and enjoys completing administrative responsibilities with pride of ownership
- Ability to work both independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team and willingness to roll up your sleeves whenever the need arises
