**The Role**: Part time Program Manager, independent contractor position**
**Position Summary**:
We are currently searching for an Independent contractor for a non for profit organization, The Grocery Foundation. This is a part time position that is a hybrid opportunity based out of Toronto and would require travel to the Toronto Pearson Airport area. The program manager is responsible for program administration for The Voucher Program and Online Donations which includes management of the donation platform and responsibility for donor retention initiatives. In addition, the program manager will support other aspects of the foundation, assisting the Executive Director and Senior Program Manager for other fundraising initiatives.

The Grocery Foundation is an organization supported by community of grocery, food, beverage and consumer product companies united by the vision that ‘No child should go to school hungry in Canada’. They believe that by coming together, we stand to have the biggest impact. The Grocery Foundation’s flagship properties include Toonies for Tummies, The Night to Nurture Gala and The Voucher Program.
**What You’ll Be Doing Every Day**:
**Sales & Merchandising Responsibilities**
- Leading development of program communication materials for various stakeholders and touchpoints
- Engaging with key partners to facilitate program implementation
- Lead monthly payments, reporting and analytics for multiple programs
- Leading Webstore set-up, maintenance and operations
- Leading voucher order fulfillment payments and tax receipts
- Maintaining donation platform system operations
- Supporting The Grocery Foundation Team for various fundraising initiatives
- Supporting The Grocery Foundation team for monthly accounts payable process
**Who You Are**:
- A self motivated worked who loves to take initiative and works well independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in client relations and delivering extraordinary customer service
- High attention to detail, strong organization and problem-solving skills
- A team player who is passionate about what the work they do
**A few other things we’ll expect from you**:
- Post-secondary education
- Advanced Excel skills (comfortable with pivot tables, data manipulation, formulas, mail merge, reporting)
- Comfortable using 3rd party software (eg. CRM tools, Financial tools)
- The ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds
- Full access to a reliable vehicle
- High-speed internet with WiFi at home
- Willing to work part time hours as an independent contractor
- Accounting/financial experience would be an asset
