**Engagement Coordinator**:
**Evangelise Finecast with our partners**
- Ability to identify and establish agency/brand/demand partner relationships and build a trusted ongoing partnership
- Encourage inter-agency coordination, engage effectively and driving adoption of Finecast products whilst developing the business into other areas within the agencies e.g. closer coordination with comms planners, heads of insight, senior leadership
- Keep customers updated on changes with products
- Regularly help the engagement team with presentations to clients regarding new Addressable TV releases, proactive proposals, and Addressable TV points of view
- Understand and co-ordinate client feedback
- Assist in scoping case study opportunities

**Revenue ownership & Commercial Acumen**
- Leverage Finecast CRM tools to identify new or missed opportunities to help build out our internal pipeline
- Focus on generating revenue streams from current and prospective clients
- Coordinate with Senior Engagement Manager to ensure bookings align with what can be delivered
- Help with discovering new clients within agencies to adopt Finecast

**Client support and growth**
- Work with a diverse range of clients, building relationships with key personnel to understand their needs and help them realise the translation of these requirements to the addressable space
- Help build and then maintain strong collateral pieces relevant to the group, agencies, and clients by liaising with product team members to understand proposition, product features and KPIs.
- Assist in developing points of view to give guidance on core topics like audience, inventory, data sources and measurement.
- Support client presentations and pitches as necessary with advice, materials, fresh content and build collateral.

**Experience**
- Experience in TV/digital media, preferably with sales or agency experience would be an asset
- Understanding of TV & digital media marketplace and technology
- Evidence of technical comfort and strong understanding of internet functionality
- Interested learning and excelling in commercial & client-facing roles
- Ability to work independently with input from manager
- Experience in establishing high levels of client satisfaction
- Building comfortability in pitch and presentation scenarios
