Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations in our office environment.

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Type, format, and edit various documents as required
- Make social media posts, flyers, videos, edit pdf

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional support to clients and visitors
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accurate documentation
- Proficient in typing and computer skills for data entry and document creation/editing
- Ability to organize files, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval
- Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy in administrative tasks
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Another language other would be an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
