Office Assistant

CTK is a GTA-based general contractor providing innovative solutions in construction to clients in both the ICI and residential sectors. With expertise in electrical, low voltage and security projects, the company boasts a roster of highly skilled technical staff.
CTK is looking to hire an Office Assistant to join our staff at our head office in Woodbridge. This is an **entry level **role open to new graduates or individuals with no prior experience. In this position, you will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties maintaining a friendly and professional manner when interacting with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Cold calling potential clients and customers
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Processing and entering invoices
- Updating databases and calendars
- Managing inventory of office supplies
- Performing other clerical tasks as needed
Requirements and qualifications include:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office 365
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong writing and research skills
- Experience with Intuit QuickBooks is an asset
