Office Administrator

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and data entry
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing
- Handle payroll administration, including timekeeping and employee record maintenance
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with training development by organizing training materials and scheduling sessions
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
