Glen Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our HR team in Surrey. In this role, you will handle office administration tasks, manage front desk operations, support HR and hiring activities, and oversee the scheduling and management of our talk show events.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Manage office organization, cleanliness, and filing systems.
- Handle general office correspondence and communication.
- Assist with onboarding new team members and organize office events.
Front Desk Support:
- Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment.
HR and Hiring Support:
- Assist with HR tasks such as scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring processes.
- Support recruitment activities and maintain applicant records.
Talk Show Scheduling and Management:
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of talk show events held at the Surrey office.
- Manage event logistics, including coordination with guests, preparation of materials, and ensuring the smooth execution of the events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and office management software.
- Experience with event coordination is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
