Lead Administrator

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, setting clear goals and objectives
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the team, including task assignment, resource allocation, and deadline management
- Oversee Sales Department, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination across teams
- Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may impede team progress, implementing solutions as needed
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and strategies into team operations
- Represent the team and department in meetings, presentations, and other forums as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
