The Opportunity:

Sunwing Vacations is seeking a skilled Training Administrator to support the Sales Centre team in delivering exceptional training experiences. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating training initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and knowledge management across the Sales Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate product knowledge and stay up-to-date with processes and procedures.
  • Communicate new policies, procedure changes, and locations to support all call centres and support staff.
  • Ensure all training and Sales Centre documents are available in English and French.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and management of eLearning courses within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Collaborate with the Sales Centre Project Support Lead on projects related to the Sales Centre and contribute to project management discussions.
  • Evaluate the quality of project-related training to determine effectiveness and ensure supporting resources align with business needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working with Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Bilingual (an asset).
