We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees records and supporting the interview process.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as a front line resource for all employee inquiries on employment policies; procedures, guidelines, employment legislation, and benefits;
- Input and update employee data in the ERP; create, and maintain and archive employee files; transfer data to payroll on a bi-weekly basis for processing;
- Coordinate benefit plans and programs: track new hires to ensure that employees eligible for benefits are enrolled on time, secure and distribute benefit cards, removal of terminated staff from the benefits program and to make changes to employee benefits coverage as required;
- Provide support to the Human Resources team in the development and execution of key projects as requested;
- Prepare and distribute employee announcements and other communications from Human Resources;
- Coordinate job posting process, screen resumes for junior level positions, coordinate interview schedules, conduct reference checks and prepare employment contracts;
- Prepare new hire packages, coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation;
- Assist with the administration of programs and projects (merit, rewards, recognition, diversity, wellness, and employee surveys);
- Maintain employee and department filing system, HR forms, and supplies;
- General administrative duties as assigned.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular
- Familiarity with social media recruiting
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
