**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar of events.
- Maintain records and files in an organized manner.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous administrative or clerical experience
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
- Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and accuracy in tasks.

**Salary**: $33,000.00-$37,000.00 per year
