**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide enthusiastic, courteous service to clients and the community at the reception desk
- Respond to client inquiries by phone and in-person in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Assist clients by providing general information and referral to other community services
- Input and update client information in One Client/CRM and CETRA
- Contact clients to confirm/reschedule/rebook appointments as necessary
- Assist in generating statistical reports on a regular basis
- Order and keep inventory of office supplies
- Register clients and organize client questionnaires and evaluations
- Perform a variety of clerical duties including filing, typing, photocopying, faxing, confidential record keeping and document distribution in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Contribute to team cohesiveness and team building
- Undertake other duties assigned by coordinator

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1-2 years working experience in an administrative environment
- Well organized with the ability to enter data with accuracy
- Advanced numerical and analytical skills
- Demonstrated use of computer technology including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience in database management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
- Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task, take initiative and be able to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of French or a language other than English is an asset
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with multicultural and disability issues
