Brampton, Canada Golden Mile Toastmasters Club Full time

The role of Administrative Assistant will be encompassing a wide range of activities including management of a few complex calendars and scheduling requirements, tracking key deliverables, leading the coordination of travel, expenses and budgeting, project coordination, and document review.

The primary responsibilities for this role will include:
Providing general front desk reception coverage; answering and directing incoming phone calls.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
Maintaining a professional image and environment for all guests.
Maintaining reception area
Sorting and distributing mail and deliveries
Completing miscellaneous projects and duties as needed
May perform other duties as assigned.
